Connie Wakeman

Osteopath & Co-founder

Connie is an osteopath on a mission to foster healthy bodies and fearless body awareness, especially in children. A mother of two teenagers, she embarked on a transformative journey in her 30s to become an osteopath, driven by a passion for holistic well-being.

“My heart lies in the interplay between the brain and body; working with both to help my clients achieve harmony. When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me out in nature – walking, kayaking, or having a refreshing swim. I'm a devoted Pilates enthusiast, appreciating the strength and flexibility it promotes. I lose hours doing all kinds of puzzles - finding the focus both calming and centering.”

Connie loves to work with people of all ages and runs our paediatric clinic. Connie is a registered osteopath.
